Juvenile Boot Camp Case (2003)

Mark Haney and his law partner were the lead attorneys on a case dealing with a Fort Worth juvenile boot camp. The case resulted in the 44th largest jury verdict in the United States in 2003. The case, arising from the death of a young man at the juvenile boot camp facility (Rickey Alexander, et al. v. Correctional Services Corporation, et al., in the 236th District Court of Tarrant County, Texas).

Wasco Skylight Case (2015)

Mark Haney was the lead attorney in a products liability case, that resulted in the 55th largest jury verdict in the United States in 2015. See the 2015 Verdict Search Top 100 list HERE. The case arose out of injuries that a man received, resulting in the loss of his leg after falling through a sky light (Steven Landers v. Wasco Products, Inc., in the 48th District Court of Tarrant County, Texas).

Libelous Statements From Newspaper

Attorney Kelly Puls was involved in a well-known libel case that resulted in a large verdict for claims arising out of libelous statements published in a leading newspaper regarding the plaintiff's Pierce Marshall's appointment as power of attorney over his father Howard Marshall, at the time Anna Nicole Smith was married to Mr. Marshall (Cause No. 95-9248-J, Marshall v. Marshall, in the 191st Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas).

XTO Energy Shareholder Class Action

(2010)

Attorney Kelly Puls was co-lead counsel in In Re: XTO Energy Shareholder Class Action Litigation, which stemmed from a $41 billion merger between XTO Energy and ExxonMobil.
